Returns Policy

We will accept returns for size exchange. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods and the cost of posting replacement goods. Goods for exchange must be returned within 3 months of the purchase date. All tags and packaging must be intact and goods must be returned in new condition. Used goods cannot be exchanged. Goods can only be exchanged for items carried in stock at the time of receipt of the returned goods (as displayed for sale on this website). We do not refund for reasons other than inability to supply or verified damage in transit. Where goods are damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us within 14 days. We reserve the right to replace the goods or refund the purchase price. All goods are sent via trackable postage methods at our discretion. Goods deemed lost in transit (verified by the carrier) will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Refunds are not given for change of mind. In the case of a refund the cost price of original postage and credit card, Afterpay or PayPal fees are deducted.

Postage Policy

Where possible, we will post goods on the same day, if an order is placed and paid for before 2pm, Monday-Friday. This service is at our discretion. All purchases are posted next business day where same day postage is not possible.

Free Postage applies to orders with a total order value over $40.00. Minimal postage charges apply to orders valued under $40.00. Free postage does not apply to items deemed 'heavy'. These 'heavy' items are clearly indicated in the product description and includes items such as tyres, security chains, bike stands, etc. A discounted postage cost applies to 'heavy' items.

The optional Australia Post Express parcel service does not guarantee next day delivery unless your parcel destination postcode is within the national 'next day delivery network'. Call us on 07 3889 6466 to check on an expected delivery timeframe.

Our standard and express postage services automatically require a signature on delivery. Goods valued over a discretionary amount are automatically insured for full value and cannot be 'safe dropped'. A signature on delivery is required for all insured goods.

Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

Your Gift Card will be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient upon completion of the checkout & payment process.

1. If the amount of your online gift card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase using another accepted payment method.

2. If the amount of your online gift card is more than the total order amount, the balance will remain on your gift card for your next purchase using the same gift card code.

3. Our returns policy applies to any purchase made using a Gift Card code.

4. Gift Cards can not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

5. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will be cancelled immediately upon notification to us by the purchaser. A replacement Gift Card can only be sent to the original purchaser. The security of the Gift Card code is the responsibility of the purchaser.
